To be honest, I don't see it with any of the pals. Oh, I for sure see the direct inspiration. I won't deny that they certainly did a lot of study and homework on other games designs. But none of them look all that close to me. Even the go to of Verdash. I don't see Cinderace or whatever his name is. Do I see how they undoubtedly looked at and had him in mind when they made Verdash? Absolutely. But, it goes way too far to say "it's just a grass type Cinderace". Um, no. Simply no. They are not identical, not even close. Tell me, who owns the copyright on bi-pedal chipmunks? Pretty sure they've been depicted in media before I was even born, and I'm much older than Pokemon is.

and half of the gen 1 is just dragon quest redesigns


i bred murkrow with the dark fire vulture, and it popped out gale claw
breeding makes no sense. cake takes a long time to bake
but getting 3 galeclaws, from 2 completely different mons
was just random

There are breeding calculator to tell you what a combo is going to get you. But, the combos have changed with the update, so I suspect those calculators will be broken for a bit.

yeah, galeclaw is crap. compared to Vanwyrm, 90 115 90 vs 75 85 60
going in breeding expecting something else. getting this chicken that cant fly
