Is my Woolipop as optimized as can be?

As optimized as can be while keeping divine dragon, just because seeing woolipop use dragon meteor knowing its super boosted is really funny

It has Divine dragon, legend, ferocious, & musclehead

I could also get lucky on it rn if I wanted

Is there any better traits for it battle wise? (without removing divine dragon)

Dragon meteor is very questionable choice for small and short pals, it barely works on giants like Jormuntides and other big field bosses, half of the time the projectiles just hit the ground or miss entirely. It works ok on dragon flyers but sometimes it's just better to replace it with fireball, even at the cost of losing STAB bonus. Since you like that trait, outside of exlcusive skills (jetragon's beam comet and elphidran's mystic whirlwind) dragon school doesn't have much to offer, I would replace the meteor with dragon cannon(one of the best spammable low CT skills) or dragon burst(it will force your pal to move more often and sometimes avoid big hits). It's hard to optimize the build without adding celestial emperor so there's nothing to add, the other traits are the current meta
