Microsoft Visual C++ Installation required and Installation running in the background FIX

Hey guys, if anyone was having the issue of requiring Microsoft Visual C++ to play Palworld but you had it installed and then you were also unable to install more Microsoft Visual C++ files, I FOUND A FIX!

First, I had to uninstall my existing Microsoft Visual C++ files, the video below will help with that.

Now this option alone did not help me, I was having an issue where my PC thought another install was going on when I attempted to Install the new files after restarting my PC.
