Advice for Defeating Victor
I finally defeated Victor and Shadowbeak. I used a Legendary Assault Rifle while mounted on a 3-Star, Level 47, Alpha Chillet. Defeated the duo with around 1,600 AR ammo and around 1 minute and 50 seconds to spare.

Though admittedly, I turned the Player and Pal Attack and Auto-Regen rates to the highest settings and the damage the Player and Pals can take to the lowest settings.

lol. would have been a funnier post if you didn't edit.
did you take condensed gobfins as your off members with vanguard to buff your AR damage?

I went in with a maxed out Jetdragon and Jormuntide Ignis sporting dragon moves as well as a Uncommon AR and a normal pump shortgun.

Maxed out armor and attack with 3 Cativas, managed to win with 30 seconds to spare lol

I'm running normal damage in settings, I however did build my team around player damage. Easy fight, didn't need to cheat. Just wish I could one-shot him like I can with some of the other tower bosses. (Without touching that setting)

Poison and Fire status do %HP damage based on max health, so the two crossbows that can do both, plus a decent grappling hook to help boost my dodge distance were really key for me, until I got stronger and it became less a battle of attrition. But you really feel those timers in the last couple tower fights. There is also a bug I just recently discovered, where if you fire Pengullet out of its bazooka, and very quickly switch to another Pal, Pengullet will be invisble up in the sky, raining down its abilities as they come off cool down, while your other Pal is out fighting. Giving it big arc attacks like Icicle Cutter, or some attacks that can help build up poison / burn as the boss status resist builds each cycle can also speed things up. I beat each thing the fair / normal way the first time around, but afterwards I have ZERO guilt about cheesing lol.

I can tell the tower fights were intended to be kind of like raid instances for guilds, but since they don't drop loot, I just avoid them after getting that first kill, since I'm hermit mode, in my little communist Pal regime.

Might also try tossing in some poison damage, can't recall the name of the attack but it has a really low cool down like 2 seconds(?). If I understand correctly it does a % damage as apposed to a fixed amount. It wasn't huge chunks when I was trying it out and my friend also brought like 5 Jetdragons in addition to my Jetdragon which definitely skewed the results a bit.

Didn't feel like going back to check to see how much damage the poison status was really doing. So more of a "might be worth a shot, or not, who knows?"

On a Jetragon / Frostallion I see ticks of dmg for each effect anywhere from 42 dmg to 72, and it also keeps ticking while I roll around etc. I also sometimes use Relaxaurus Lux, and noticed his missle launcher will stagger lock anything that isn't a tower boss. So you can stagger lock continuously until your shield regens, or you and your pals build more hp up in those types of cases. I do remember fighting the tower boss who has Felaris, in the desert I think, had like 142K hp, and I saw ticks of 143-222 damage, between the fire and poison ticks. I do use the poison attack you are referring to on my Cawgnito, who is actually pretty good when you kit one out, since their phantom peck completely removes them from the map, and they take 0 damage. It isn't just their activated ability, but also an exclusive skill with a separate CD, and the activated ability comes off FAST, so Cawgnito with Spirit Fire (a dark type attack that adds fire status) and the poison burst or whatever it's called with phantom peck as the 3rd attack is the Pal I regard as my "S tier" status effect Pal, currently.

And yeah I'm 100% sure it does % max health damage, though I'm not gifted with math enough to provide any sort of exact formula. Since you've already beaten it it may or not be worth it, but you can always experiment on other bosses and test to see what you think.
