Can Pals inherit exclusive skills?

My ultimate goal is to get a combat God Lunaris, and since Dragon Meteor is a bit dumpy, I was wondering if I could pass on more than just the Legendary passive.

Could I get my Lunaris Dragon Comet? I read about a guy who got Megatron Implode on a Gorirat, so now I'm curious.
