Elemental chart too simplistic
I feel like all elements should have 2 strengths, at least 1 resistance over than itself, and 2 weaknesses. There should be an exception for neutral pals where I think if they keep the darkness weakness, they should have a resistance to 2 other things since is has no strengthens. Fire being strong against 2 types while the others aren't is so lopsided and the fire pals are very good in this game already. I feel like single element water and ground are lacking since most of the good ones are dual element.

I don't think it needs to be super complicated, but it's too simple as it is right now.

Don't forget the Human type; it's the true Neutral of the game.

Ghost, if they add that type. As for why, same reason as in Pokemon.

Doesn't need to get too complicated. Two loops of super-effectiveness will be fine.
Heck, I still can't remember how ghost, dark, poison, psychic and fairy types all work in Pokemon.
Then they also have different effects on fighting, steel, ground, fire, etc. An overly convoluted meta game is just unnecessary for this exploring and crafting game.
i prefer keeping it simple, i hate complicating stuff
