I had the same thought but it'd probably push their rating up to do so. The ESRB rating scale is more relaxed on violence than it is on equivalent sexual content. Punching your friend's crotch hard enough to make the scream is rating 10+, touching your friend's crotch soft enough to smile is two levels up to Mature.
