If you mean they're changing the ridiculous "Body Type A/B" option to "Sex Male/Female" then yay! If you mean they're adding sex as in bow-chicka-wow-wow to the game then....no they aren't, but the internet sure is. LL is hard at work on that front as we speak.

In Palworld, you need wheat, a grinder, cows, bees, chickens, honey, and a TON of work, for an egg that needs to incubate 5 - 120 minutes.

In Cult of the Lamb, you build confession booths, generate sin, send followers to the tent, and get an insta-baby.

I'd say changing s*x in Palworld to just like Cult of the Lamb would make this game perfect.
