Agreed. I have only ever gotten one, even with pretty regular farming.

I agree, and they should also make it so that once you obtain the schematics, you will not get a duplicate in the future.
Drop rate is fine, they are legendary. They are suppose to rare/hard to get.

If they were difficult to get, I would agree. I am fine with them being locked behind some challenge, something difficult. As it is, they are stuck behind continuously killing the same bosses over and over and hoping RNG is on your side. That isnt difficult. Thats boring.
I still like the idea someone else posted in my thread about adding some sort of challenging syndicate dungeon we would have to go through in order to get Legendary weapon schematics.

drop was totally fine also best way to get legendary is capture those pal who drop legendary then butcher it

RNG... I killed/captured/butchered Bushi more than 50 times in my SP without seeing the crossbow pattern, then started a co-op with a friend... got the pattern literally the first time i went to kill Bushi.
Took at least another 15-20 tries to get it again on my SP.
It would be nice to have a luxury merchant that we could find wandering the world who sells some of the rarer blueprints for a lot of gold. It would make the later game grind a bit more manageable.

That's a good idea, but if it's not specific location and he must travel then I'm afraid he'll get stuck or worse........ in the ocean or inside a mountain.
Considering that the game managed to already get wandering merchants to function semi-reliably as a sort of "event" spawn, I'm sure they can do the same with luxury merchants. Either that or they could just turn them into another type of black market dealer and just hide them around the map.

A challenging fight is good, but constantly fighting against RNG isn't.

So do not kill them, capture then butcher them to double your chance per alpha

Here's the problem with "legendary" blueprints being low.
It wasn't until I was MAX level 50 and had everything I needed so I was just farming them.
Once I got them I was like awesome. Welp, back to doing nothing again.
