EDIT: The same happened to me upon inspection. However these new files seem to work fine. I'll have to investigate further. Perhaps the dwmapi.dll file is recreating the UE4SS files when it sees they aren't there, as I never did delete it.
If your game refuses to start up at all (as in, doesn't show a black screen, a crash log, or anything), UE4SS does needs to be deleted, but it seems you can simply reinstall it immediately afterward. Not sure what could be causing this, but I've had this issue with every update, so I'm confident it'll continue to happen with every update.
If your game DOES start for a moment and then crashes with a serialization error of any kind, you have a broken or conflicting mod in your load order. Refer to this list for a list of some of them that are broken.

If your game DOES start for a moment and then crashes with an access violation error, ensure that your UE4SS-settings.ini located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64 (by default) has "bUseUObjectArrayCache" set to false.
If your game crashes after reaching the main menu, then you'll have to do a little troubleshooting yourself to find the exact issue, or post your issue here and I'll assist.
I've edited the OP to reflect this new information; hopefully it'll help a wider range of people now.
FIXED MY ISSUE!
