Did you use any mods that did some strange changes to the base ot palbox etc?
Some mods modify the save file that it will no longer work without the mods themselves due to how things were changed.
Right click Palworld in your Library
go to Properties
Local Files
Delete all of what you see,
Go back to the Library,
Verify files integrity,
wait for the game to redownload itself.
For me it worked.
Your Palworld saves aren't in there, so they should be safe, but if you'd like to back them up beforehand to be safe, I BELIEVE they're kept in %appdata%/Local/Pal/Saved
Then reinstall Palworld, and it should be a clean installation again. The process in the comment above achieves the same thing, though deleting entire game installations through the file explorer invites registry errors. Uninstalling the game through the Steam UI is a better practice.
That being said, I'm 90% confident that the now-outdated installation of UE4SS that many mods have as a requirement is what is keeping you from launching the game. Try my previous solution 2 comments up first before trying this.
