Yup, 100% fact. My family and I have been having a great time. The game stands on its own as a single player or private server experience fantastically.
The people mad they aren't getting the experience of "Become an Alpha tribe on a server by having a huge head start and meta gaming and beating the pulp out of newly spawned characters" should go back to Ark and their farms of pillars.
People pine for this make believe server experience that doesn't exist anyways. Official servers now are not gonna be different than when they get rid of a portion of the hackers. Official server experience is ALWAYS "People in power beating up people that wish they could be in power" and that is exactly what is unfolding right now. People having an absurdly unfair advantage over other players is in effect, it just isn't the early birds like they wished it would be.
Playing the game as intended...is a joy. My friends and family hop on and we get into silly adventures and have a laugh. Play the game you got, not the game you wish it was.
It's a troll post. There are lots of angry nintendo kids that are upset about palworld so they have to cry on the steam forums about it because mommy doesn't give them the attention they crave.
you spent money on a game thats not in a healthy state hahahahahahaha
Anyway I'll respond to the bait for the sake of anyone who doesn't recognize this OP for what it is, which is nothing but verifiable BS start to finish.
1. Releasing ten weeks ago with regular updates and communication from devs does not qualify as "forever early access."
2. Devs haven't abandoned this, just as they haven't abandoned Craftopia (which just had a massive content update ast month) and they didn't abandon their first game (which released a couple years of early access.)
3. The devs didn't "take all our money." We GAVE them the cost of a budget-priced game, and we received exactly the product we paid for.
Even if it were abandoned, and the update proves it's not, I would be content.
As it is, there is a 2 gig patch out now so... yeah.
