is there any pals with farming lvl 3

I can see many pals with minging lvl 3 for example or watering but cant find a single pal with farming at least at lvl 2

no but the farming level doesn't seem to do anything. the gain from farming is only according to the pal star level (which also upgrades farming level to lvl2 at 4 stars but farming level itself makes no difference)

what the heck is farming level? i'll assume you mean mining not minging and i'll assume you mean ranch pals and nothing to do with farming plots so no ranch levels are all at a set level so the level should be ignored for that stat however if you look at partner skills all ranch pals say what they drop there and leveling the partner skill makes them drop more stuff note that lamball drops less wool than the other wool ranch pals but that is really the only thing you need to watch for.

just incase you mean farm plots the higher level harvest you have the more you get from farm plots and there is a pal with harvest lvl 4, another note if you get a pals partner skill max level all its work skills go up by 1 so that lv4 harvest pal would become a lv5 harvest

Not sure if you mean planting or gathering. Planting puts seeds in the plots, gathering harvests when grown.
