no petallias on wildlife sanctuary 1

they are gone. i have done a marathon worth of laps around the island and have found 2 grizzbolts 2 vaelets and 1 elphidran but somehow not a petallia. what is happening.

Tombats were worst for me but yes what everyone else said :)

Mostly are azurobe, penking, terra deer. I rarely see petallia wanders around sanctuary, so I give up and decide to breed one.
