no reason it wouldn't but im not sure if its a good idea you may wanna do some math first. skills like legend and muscle head give extra based on base stat while the element stuff is added on counting the stats from the passives so having say ferocious for 20% more base damage would also make say lord of the underworlds 20% give more damage for example
100 base attack with legend, fero, muscle and lord is 100 + 70% = 170 then with lords 20% 170 + 20% is 204
as you can see if it was all added the same way it would be 100 + 90% being 190 not 204
now with siren 100 attack with legend + muscle is 100 + 50% so 150 then 40% from both lord and siren each giving 20% so 150 + 40% is 210
and if you set the attack to 1000 you get 2040 with fero and 2100 with two element attacks so it looks like the double elements are better unless my math is wrong but that is how i was told it works
