Pal Priorities and Suggestion

I have been uncertain for a while what work priorities are for Pals, but sort of settled it goes LEFT -> RIGHT on the list.

Is this true?

Also, I'd like to suggest the possibility for prioritizing jobs for pals. This could be done in two ways (or both):

1. You manually select the job priority for all pals using the pal control stand thingy (forget the name).

2. You use the pal control stand thingy to manually select each job priority for individual pals. For example, if you have a Chillet and want it to focus on Cooling over Watering.

The second is more powerful, allowing you to fine-tune your bases. If you use the first option, setting COOLING over WATERING could mess up farming. Individual priorities allows the best control over pals.

Additionally, the second option isn't so cluttered because it would only allow changes between available tasks. You can't set a Chillet's priorities for Transport since it is incapable of the task.

EDIT:
As an added bonus suggestion, you could make this separate per base. Maybe at BASE 1 you want Chillet to manage your coolers but at Base 3 you want them to water your crops.

I was sort of disappointed when I built the aforementioned object, hoping it would give me more options to manage my pals, but instead it just allowed me to alter work speeds.
