Perfect Anubis no longer possible?

Happened to be farming a perfect crafting Anubis. Before the update they would only consider the parent's passives; After the update they all come with Earth Emperor.

Is it no longer possible to get a perfect crafting Anubis?

a bunch of mine got nerfed/bugged. I do not want to start breeding more, in case.

Here is one, not great, I had in a base and he has negative work speed, with no negative skills and no debuffs I can find

I am having the same issue. Also any pal I put into my party, the stats drop a ton.
