at first it was working until i tried to start up a world, then i ran both the
Palworld-Win64-Shipping.exe and palworld.exe as administrator, and it worked, i got onto a world, but now the game wont even open up, goes straight to black screen then Palworld_Win64_Shipping around about like 20 times

and stops and sends me to the UE-pal crash report, i dont use avast or anything really, i checked the file integrity on steam, i re downloaded it, i dont know if its possibly because of curse forge or if i broke it somehow

i had the same thing unti i saw it was my antivirus i click everyone, disabled it out and added steam folder to exceptions, works good now and added antivirus back on

i still get Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff

Hey guys, i hada headache with this one. for me the antivirus stuff wasn't an issue in the first place. Updating the mods I used worked for me (found updates through nexusmod and replaced the oudated with new upto date ones) and reinstalling https://www.nexusmods.com/palworld/articles/69 UE4SS just in case. Download UE4SS on github https://github.com/UE4SS-RE/RE-UE4SS/releases and download the UE4SS.zip and follow the nexusmod guide to put the files in, make sure you replace the previous files

btw if i said doesn't work then try restarting your pc, updating graphics drivers, verify game files and if nothing works reinstall

I had the same problem. My solution was deleting all Palworld folders from my local data and reinstalling the game. Maybe this helps
