for whatever reason i cant get unrealpack.exe to stay open. idk what it's saying because it closes to fast for me to read any of it. also this seems to be something specific with palworld pak files. others i can open no problem.

I love searching for things on the internet only to find some guy telling someone to search for things on the internet instead of finding the answer. Happens all the time, and it isn't helpful at all. Pages and pages of no answer, but this is as close to an answer as I will get. Maybe I'll search again and this will again be the closest thing to an answer. Brilliant.

In case this is still relevant information, you can use the UnrealPakTool found on github to extrack .pak files.

Here's the link (unless steam decides to ban be again for having the nerve for posting github links): https://github.com/allcoolthingsatoneplace/UnrealPakTool

Unrealpak is not an executable in that sense, you'd have to run it through CMD.
