Palbox destroyed Pals gone

I started the level 30 raid, my Pals failed and Bellanoire killed my Palbox. All Pals that were located in the base are gone. Is that normal?

They should be in the area in spheres you can pickup, this happens then the Palbox is destroyed by any means while they are out in the base.

I found 1 sphere, the rest maybe dropped under the mesh -.-

If you can’t find most of the missing pals, hope you got enough gold to buy them back from the Pal merchant or the Black merchant

i can breed them back, the worst thing is losing the xp on 15 pals. ♥♥♥♥

Why you don't have a second Base?

if the box is destroyed the palls are in balls around the base

Someone also mentioned finding them in the air and another person mentioned while they couldn't see some of them they were able to slowly walk around the area and pick them up by catching the icon when it popped up.

They really need to fix the way they drop if you lose your palbox.

When I destroyed a temporary base after building it to defeat a nearby boss that I lured back, all the pals went back in. I hope. At least there weren't any spheres. It also returned the construction materials. Its different when something else destroys the box?

If you can't find them look in the palbox or look for the pal merchant, he can find lost pals
