Best sites for Mods?
Are there palworld mods just in Nexus mods, or are there palworld mods on other sites?

Also, what's your favorite mod?
I heard that there are some mods called paks that are easy to install, and that it's just to drop them inside a folder. Is that right?

curseforge has mods for the game too
don't know
yes pak mods are easy for the most part
i just use nexus and yeah there are mods that you can drop in a random folder and run it alongside palworld. i was mindblown that there are mods that i dont have to put in the gamefolder to work

my favorite and only mod i used is the remove building restriction, i used it to place foundations on a mountain's edge and turn that into my main base, dont know which one it was but its probably this one https://www.nexusmods.com/palworld/mods/186

Haven't used any yet, but I would say one of the best mods would be the one that makes it where you use berries instead of cakes for the breeding system

yes, paks are just drop in, but they're more prone to conflicts between mods, because they essentially replace whole files for w/e they're modifying. Script drop ins(lua), I believe, are less prone to this because they change specific lines, but I'm not 100% confident on this.

None, this game is known to random crash at random times using mods.
If you really have to, Curseforge and Nexus are the only places you can trust, but then again, don't do it if you don't want to crash more than play.

Theres curseforge and if you are into....things theres that lab site for lovers that has some mods aswell.
Nexus, curseforge and Based mods are the only 3 I use. Two are "curated" one is not.

well, I'll follow up with some lists:

QoL, not cheating:
VisiblePalCaptureCounter-shows if you've completed the capture bonus or not.
NoMoreHoldButtonJustClick-Unlocking cages, hatching, and cancelling can be adjusted to a click or custom hold duration.
PauseTime-Allows you to "pause" the game(Single player only).
WilliamCustomAimReticle-Let's you change the crosshair into something else, customizable.
DekModConfigMenu-required for WilliamCustomAimReticle

Building:
DisableOverlapCheckers-Not needed if CollisionDisabler works, but I'm running an older game version for which it doesn't.
ReduceFoodSpoilRate-because the fridges bug out all the time, it just wasn't worth the effort to try to make them work. Spoil rate is customizable.

CHEATING:
2x stats per point-can Customize how much each stat earns when you spend a level up point on it. It's default to 2* normal, but you can change it to whatever you want for each stat individually.
FasterBreeding-can Customize how fast eggs appear when you have a couple in the pen.

Standalone-these are separate applications that modify the game or game files:
CollisionDisabler-Disables some game checks and allow you to build structures over each other, in the air, on water, or right next to the palBox.
PalEdit-a save file editor that only modifies pals that a player owns. Customizable fields are IV's, Learnt Skills, Condense rank, Gender, Alpha/lucky status, Level, Traits, Species(but I wouldn't expect correct stats if you change that).

What happens to your modded builds when you remove the mod?
Do they collapse or stay without the mod too?
