Can we get a definition for "manual labor" in this context please? Because they have 3 things they can do at 3 different levels and all could be considered manual labor. Unless I throw them on the assembly lines myself, they will craft for 10 seconds, then run over to grab something and put it in a box, then go back to crafting for another 4 seconds, before they find something else. Can't we get them to prioritize what they do best first, then when none of those tasks are available they move on to the 2nd best thing and so on?

Whatever it is, I wouldn't call it "fixed". You described the situation with Anubis quite well, Chikipi took up the new occupation of harvesting for some reason, the breeding pen got worse etc. Lots of work to be done yet, for sure.
