Better selling items than nails.

Whelp Nails are nerfed from 160 to 80g

Any alternatives? I feel like sticking to nails due to ease of production compared. Mean it's still 160 per ingot.

While not a true replacement I've hear some people say berries (with good gardening skills and a pal to cook them) can help supplement 5000-15000s g here and there.

Other people say the pal that drops fine cloth and/or cotton candy can be surprisingly decent. Or good San raising food too before salads. (+30% work speed increase for 10 minutes(??)

I still find that even with 3 ore nodes at a early game base I float. But there are 6-8 ore node camps apparently that should still leave ore camps abundantly rich in ore.

I only sell boss parts that drop from alphas (rubies and stuff). They sell for a ton and I never needed more than 500k or so in a playthrough. Just bounce around between the faces on the map and hit a couple dungeons.

Do you need a ton of money for something?

Each to their own but i was always curious why people keep needing a billion gold. I went through an initial bunch after starting and using gold to recover souls from starting pals. Now we all just have a ton of gold in our chests. I only use it on occasion to buy bone or whatnot but i literally bough tttthe max bone so its goin gto last awhile.

Having a stack farm of berries can net you some cash that you need to supplement your income, though it might not be as fast as a fully dedicated mau base. I might make a video showing how to play in 'poverty'. As in, not having an optimal base location or doing just enough to get you moving upwards in the game.

Fans of the assault rifle may be burning through gold to buy ammo, because the alternative is... well, replenshing even a single 30rd magazine for it would cost 24 charcoal, 12 sulfur, 12 ore, and 12 coal if you crafted it yourself AFAICT. O

I'm a cheap bastard so I'd be more inclined to use something else (crossbows if I'm feeling very cheap, pump-action shotgun if a bit more impatient, and I've got a rocket launcher stashed away w/ a bunch of rockets for when I eventually go after the last couple of tower bosses, in case for some reason the shotgun is inadequate), but some peoiple do seem to like the assault rifle.

Other than that, if you're playing on a server that has a far shorter than normal incubation time, you might be buying cake ingredients in bulk.

You can produce most parts apart from the sulfur. That's the sticking point really. If there was a place you could grab quartz and sulfur infinitely that would solve the shortage. As is you need to mine sulfur and that takes a lot of time. Be neat if we could get some pal produce it through grazing, I'd be okay with that.

Catch a Digtoise, feed it 4 more in the juicer, and slap a couple souls in work speed. Make the headband and get a ton of sulfur on the east side of the volcano in minutes.

I set up a berry farm and just sold berries but done no research it was just something I could ignore and cash in :)

This is what my money goes to ammo costs. I find craft it is just to time consuming when I could be using pals for just about anything else. Like killing boss to sell their lot to buy more ammo to kill more bosses.

That and some HQ cloth framing covers my costs with coin to spare.

But I like the AR mostly because I got lucky and found a +4 blue print for one.
