Tower Boss lore theory
So after exploring the out of bounds of the Tower Boss locations, it appears that the tower where the Tower Bosses come out of when walking to the middle of the arena is actually just a flat slab of concrete. It has a small platform behind it but that's about it.

This got me thinking of how this could be tied into the lore. The concrete wall they walk from is way too small to fit an elevator system and definitely too small to live inside. I'm thinking that they're teleported in, onto the small platform and the wall itself is a door that opens for them to walk to the arena from.

Then I've theorized that they're clones, being teleported by the PAL Genetic Research Unit to each tower whenever someone enters inside of them. The tower arenas are located below ground and you're put into an elevator that goes down to them when you enter inside of one.

So my theory kind of makes sense. The tower bosses are just lifeless clones and that's why they can't talk and just grunt at you, constantly "respawn" as another one is teleported to take the last ones place.

Thoughts?

so they dont die of old age? Zoe's father protected her tower previously

if they're clones then nothing's stopping them from making a new clone if one dies of old age

That could be from like the before times before something bad happened that caused all of the ruined cities and technology to become ancient etc :X

You have a really good point tho ... I really should probably read the journal entries if that's where that's from lmao

While the respawn mechanic is understandable it doesn't stop one individuals from growing old. Every faction leader minus the Free Pal Alliance has new blood taking over as leadership (in Lily's case her pal she friended was keeping her young).

The inside of the tower is connected to a pocket dimension so there is no need for an elevator. The reason they don't talk is that it is still early access. Best hypothesis when the new islands are added to the map which each island may hold a Faction Headquarters to further expand on each faction but also after fighting em in the tower a cut-scene of em making an escape since they lost that tower.

That makes sense and coincides with the other post. I'm willing to be wrong on everything except the teleport part since teleportation is explained in the game in a sense and there isn't any like way that they could be living in there lol

Thanks though I honestly just skipped the journals with the idea to read them all once I collected them all but then I never did :x I'll get around to it some day
