progression reset and saved lost

Hi,
I was playing on host mode this day and the game crashed (I was not using a bug/glitch of even trying to) and when I restarted the game my progression was lost: tutorial back and map reset. But my character was still lvl 42 with my pals my bases my stuff etc.
I tried to use back up of the map that automatically was saved 20 min before the problem but now it's says that this is an unknowned world and I can not access anymore to automatic saves (file empty) and can not enter this world.
Seems everything is lost.
Can anyone help on that?

Recently I did find a topic about this situation and some people replied with how to fix that, how to get your save back etc.
Sadly, I cannot find it again... But worry not, the topic is still there, I suggest you try to find it.

Hi I tried from this website https://gamerant.com/palworld-how-recover-lost-save-data/
Which is basically the same and then with your yt link but the result is the same
The wolrd is ccreated but it's says "unknown world data "

I was thinking the folder might already be corrupted but I took a file 20 min before the crash

Just to precise : I'm processing it on a new world to avoid loosing more files

But my friend lost her map progression and tutorial is back too
I think she should have also the same "date save" but she playing on steam deck
any Ideas?
