Every Time I use a keyboard my character walks on their own, but when I connect a controller the game works fine and the character isn't moving on their own. How do I FIX THIS?

Someone help me!!!!! THIS BUG IS DRIVING ME INSANE. I JUST WANT TO USE MY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD!!! I HAVE A HARD TIME AIMING WITH CONTROLLER!!!!

The game currently lacks an auto-move feature. Do you happen to have a spare keyboard (maybe from an older, unused pc) that you could use to verify it is not your keyboard itself malfunctioning?

Yes I have two. I used the second one and I am experiencing the same problem. When I play games like warframe I don't experience not being able to control my movements.

Just went to keyboardtester.io and my keyboard seems to be working fine when I press wasd. The light doesn't stay turned on forever when pressing wasd. I did this test with "Stay pressed" off

Unplug controllers and extra keyboards. Just have one keyboard plugged in. Then see if it's giving you a problem.

If it happens when you use a keyboard but not a controller it's probably the controller still giving the computer input when you're not using it. Make sure the controller is turned off or better yet disconnected before playing.

I'm reinstalling the game because I noticed it started happening when I entered a public server. I already disconnected all my controllers connected through bluetooth. I am now waiting for the game to install.
