Sometimes they will fight your pals for longer periods but more often than not you are the target, there is no taunt in this game.
mainly an problem of how the enemys handle agro even if u dont attack at all i´m sometimes the only target by the enemy.Guess they will fix that somewhere in the future.
In dungeons, I've sometimes managed to avoid that by ducking into the previous room to break contact, but even then enemies will sometimes insist on following me.
It's not entirely unreasonable for e.g. tower bosses to focus the player, because they'd (1) fully understand that the Pals are under your control, and (2) presumably have Pal balls ready etc. to try to capture your Pal once you're no longer controlling it. For wild Pals to focus you even when your Pal is the only one even attacking them, is more questionable.
