admin commands?

Recently changed hosts for my server and with that I had a friend who I cant transfer their level or pets, is there a command or easy way to give them back XP to get their levels/unlocks?

as far as i know the devs disabled them.
these are the only one that work

/Shutdown {Seconds} {MessageText} – Shut down the server with the indicated time
/DoExit – Shut down the server immediately after using the command
/Broadcast {MessageText} – Broadcast a message to all players

/Info – Shows server name, current game version, and more.
/Save – Save all data from your world
