Mini Boss Captures
Is it worth capturing the high level bosses on the map? I accidentally captured a low level one. (Didn't intend to, but saw the health low and figured I'd try it. Then realized my team was full. Then got back to base and found it there anyway.)

Incidentally, can I capture pals with a full team and they show up in my base???

When your team is full the captured pals go into your pal box. The "mini boss" pals you see I assume are the ones with the skull and horns. They are not any diffrent from regular pals. The skull and horns means you are to low level and you will do less damage to them. Though if you catch them they keep the skull and horns icon so it's a status symbol I guess which might be cool.
Okay thanks. Yes to the red horns icon.
And you are saying I can always travel with a full team of pals and still capture pals??? I've been traveling the whole game with two or three pals so that I have room to capture a few and then go back to base...

Yup you can travel with a full team and everything captured will go back to your box. If your box fills up the pal will still be caught but drop as an item on the ground that you can pick up once you remove some pals.
Follow up question, as I assume now my capture rate will go waaaaaaay up. What do you do with pals when your storage maxes? Can you increase it? Can you do something with excess pals?

Thanks.

When you max storage you can use a pal condenser to merge multiple pals together to increase the stats of a single pal you like. Or you can build viewing cages to store more pals. Or if you're a monster you can use a butchers knife to end their poor lives. That will give the items they normally drop when you kill/capture them.

And no problem.

Depends, they're a good source of the Pal you're after but if you want a specific set of traits you're best off breeding for them.

And while traits like Lucky will transfer from a shiny pal the size of a shiny/alpha pal will not. So at the end of the day optimal pals will be most probably be normal sized pals.

Capture rate does indeed go up with both the Pal Sphere you use and your Lifmunk (capture power) rank.
