When do you go to the Rayne Syndicate?

I think I was like level 15 or so, but not well prepared so I tried again later.

I typically go there right after I unlock the crossbow (I craft it first of course). If you're bad at dodging the attacks you might want to wait for the next armor though.

Just made metal armor and helm. Level 23. Team of pals in the low 20's.

Yeah, at that level just get a decent weapon and go to town. Zoe/Grizzbolt is actually not that hard when you roughly know how to play.

Same, I finished the tower after I got the crossbow.

Okay. Slightly overpowered. :) Could have done that a few levels earlier.
