Not worth posting suggestions here, last time I asked for "evolving pals" as a way to avoid weird stuff like low level pals suddenly becoming level 30 just bcoz they are spawning in a different region a bot streamer told me to play pokemon.
In the end the Palworld's community might be the resposible for this game's death, since any kind of new content or improvement might be seen as copying pokemon, specially because pokemon itself will also keep improving since now it has a strong "competition".
Pokemon have variants, that's what the whole galarian types were.
Because pokemon are the only monster catching game to have evos, digimon has it, cassette beasts, nexomon, etc etc. Spices up the starter catches with interest of what they become rather than them being butcher trash.
it cant be the same 1 baby pokemon than he at lv 50
Spoken like a dude who doesn't appreciate one-shotting a boss with a little penguin bazooka
I'm not against the low tier ones having actual reasons to want to keep them low tier, it would actually add something to the choice to evolve or not unlike in other games.
