Are capturing Alpha/Boss Pals even worth it?
Is there some hidden bonus Alpha or Boss Pals have that I'm not seeing other than they're big? Lucky pals have bonus stats and a random rare skill but I don't see anything with Alpha/Boss Pals from overworld/dungeon areas. It doesn't even show you any subtext when looking at the Red Alpha icon.

they have at least 50iv in everything just like shiny pals but without the extra skill. or simply put, they will be consistently better unless you get a really lucky iv roll on your wild/bred pal, that's also excluding traits.

legendaries have much higher hp, like double or so.

someone told me they have at least 50 IV? dunno but thats not really a lot, thats like 15% when the max is 30% IV not to mention you dont keep the alpha trait when you breed the passive skills into them.

the only alpha that i know has an advantage are the legendaries for having so much HP

It'd make it easier for people to see an icon or stat bonus indicator for this like they do for lucky pals. Some text for hovering over the Red Alpha icon would have saved me from dumping these pals early on.

One thing I've noticed about Alphas is they seem to spook "lesser" Pals when they see them; anytime I'm walking around with my Alpha Katress out or while riding my Alpha Fenglope everything up to and including stuff like Digtoise and Mammorest just turns tail and runs. :cryptothink:
