Why does it say "No Login" in my title screen

Upper right hand corner. Never noticed it before now but I'm wondering if it was always there and I just missed it. Anyone with the game functioning properly who can verify they have the same message?

I do, I get error message about not being able to log in. And they see patch notes...
And then it says I'm not Log in.

I assume Server is Busy, I'm playing SP so not world ending. I'll wait for some more anti-cheat to happen before going back Online anyway.
