The damage numbers I got from the starter zone was
92 damage with just the foxparks
107 damage with one
119 with two
129 with three
and 132 with four
I know these probably aren't the most accurate numbers (due to some pals having better/worse defense perks) but hopefully it help.
Currently I have a Beakon and I put 4 Sparkit in my party. I have these at level 2 so far. I'm able to one shot a level 35 Mammorest with the Beakon because of the boost to electric element attack.
I think you meant Rooby, not Foxpark. The Foxpark does not have the proper partner skill to boost attack. It does act as a flame thrower though.
Found it from a bug where you can infinitely boost the % digit. (but I am not gonna tell how here. You gotta google and do it at your own risk.)
Ah, sure. A Foxpark would get boosted attacks with Roobys in your party. There are actually quite a few combos like this. Pretty much one lower level pal that provides a boost for each of the element types. I think one element types have two types of pals.
There is also one unique one, that is Swee that boost only Sweepa.
