How to remove Overfull status

I've kept a Villager in my Palbox for quite a while, and while her Sanity has refilled completely, she still has the Overfull status. How do I remove it?

It's the 1st tier of medicine. "Low Grade Medical Supplies". Tooltip is just missing the "Overfull" part.

High grade also works, as it counts as a depression.

but lowgrade is easier and cheaper.

I'm pretty sure higher grade medicine cures everything that the lower tiers cure.
