Why Nintendo didn't sue the developers of this game?
They literally copy Pokemon...

They didn't tho that's why Nintendo hasn't sued them

They really didn't that is why. If they thought they had a case they would have done something about it. They did not. Get over it.

The similarities are obvious, everyone is talking about it

The fact it's bait aside, let me put this down for people to read. Japan has some of the strictest copyright laws in the world. It doesn't even have a Fair Use clause like here in the U.S.A. In order for Palworld to be released, the company that made it had to put it through the Japanese copyright system, and they didn't find anything wrong.

Yes similarities are not a reason to sue. Why people act like they are is beyond me. (then again why would the average gamer know about the law anyway?)

Similarities yes but that is also inspired by too, however the same can also be said of Pokemon too as inspiration for some of those creatures are taken from other places as well as real world creatures, statues etc etc.
This is pretty much where the similarities end though as the game play is vastly different from Pokemon.

being similar to something isnt a copyright violation, i cant believe how dense people are on this, even just a small amount of looking into this can answer these questions and explain why its not illegal to make something that looks similar to something else.

That is what gets me about people. This game almost could not be more different than Pokemon even if it tried to.

Make a creature capture game with 0 resemblance to any pokemon.

Internet is full of copy right lawyers. If they get sued then they will get sued and if they dont, they wont. why is that any of your concern?
Dis Lexic Feb 8, 2024 @ 2:29pm
Because they dont have a legal leg to stand on. The designs are just desimiler enough to be legally distinct and the gameplay is completely different. Frankly, I think Conan Exiles would have an easier time sueing over that.
