It's strange how little Pals care about fire. They won't hose me/others/the building down. They'll walk right through a fire and just continue grazing as if they aren't burning to death. The ones who can spray water should be able to help, but they don't.

Fire? Jump in a river/swim-able body of water. If it's deep enough to make you swim it'll put you out.

Poison, no idea. I guess have a Teafant or Petalia in your party since they can heal you with their partner skill.

It's crazy that being waist deep in water and rolling doesn't put out the fire.

Just get more health and defense, so things can't hurt you enough to let those DoTs finish you off.
Also yeah, some Pals can heal you; bring those if you need even more survivability.

If you put on heat resist armor, it blocks the fire ticks. It's still there, but does little to no damage.
