Rework the Type Contributions
I really think the types of some Pals have to be overworked. After playing for ~80 hours I got a bit bored of always getting the name type combinations so I did a little research and there is no balance within type distribution, especially for Dual Types, which we already lack.
I think it would help to rework some type combination of already existing Pals like:

Vixy - Neutral/Ground
Hoocrates - Dark/Neutral
Killamari - Dark/Water
Celaray - Water/Neutral
Tocotoco - Neutral/Fire
Caprity - Grass/Neutral
Arsox - Fire/Ground
Dumud - Ground/Water
Beegarde - Grass/Fire
Grintale - Neutral/Dark
Sweepa - Ice/Neutral
Rayhound - Electric/Dark
Kitsun - Fire/Ice
Beakon - Electric/Neutral
Ragnahawk - Fire/Electric
Mammorest - Grass/Ground
Blazamut - Fire/Ground
Grizzbolt - Electric/Dark
Gobfin Ignis - Fire/Water
Surfent Terra - Ground/Electric
Mammorest Cryst - Ice/Ground
Lyleen Noct - Dark/Grass

It's not much, but the lack of some dual typings makes the game kinda boring in terms of matchups.
Right now the only Electric Dual Types are Dragon Pals. Also Fire/Dark and Water/Dragon (with 4) and Electric/Dragon and Ground/Grass (with 3) have the most pals within the Dual Type possibilities while 22 out of the 36 possible combinations have no pals at all.

I think there's a reason there's not any dual neutral types though, all it adds is a dark weakness if i'm not mistaken

Well, we know more pals are promised to come so the 137 we have right now is just the start of what is to come. We'll almost certainly get more dual types, and indeed solo types as time progresses.

You have clearly put a lot of thought in to this though and I can see the rationale behind it.

The only things I think needs to change here is that Neutral should not be weak to anything if it isn't strong to anything, and Dragon/Dark should be modifiers to another damage type rather than being a damage type.

Honestly adding more dual typing will only make the game easier due to how weaknesses works, Fire and dark are already the 2 strongest elements this would only increase it even more
