or what? I have yet to find a manual save button. Yesterday, it saved when my char went to sleep and woke up. Today, played some 30 minutes more, and I did not notice any saving prompts. Would be a ♥♥♥♥♥, if some progress would be lost.

its very fast at top right of screen. tutorial kinda obscures it

Thanks, if every five minutes, then probably lost some progress, unless, it saves auto whenever you pour pals in to the palbox as well.

auto save and if you go back to the Title screen it will also save. You can use that as an on-demand save.

it also saves on normal exits so if no crash occurs nothing is lost

It is still a good idea to do manual backup saves when you log off each gameplay session anyways. This is true for any Early Access game on which saves are saved locally.
