EU Server 112 Reset??

I played this server yesterday and i had 29 level character and tech but what happen today?
When i check day its changed to day 3 ( it was like 260 i tho yesterday ) and i press for playing and all gone , game wanted me to make a new character and when i started game Map was open where i discovered but every other stuff lost wth
So what happen my all tech and base stuff lost like that? , Is it possible to come back or playing it on offline mode?
And this game is restarting random servers randomly ?? ( if its thats no meaning of playing online )
