Game crashing on world load

Does anyone have a fix for this? No mods. Custom difficulty to turn inventory loss off.

I am having a similar issue, the game crashes trying to load a save file, but will work fine when starting a new game.

yeah, i dejectedly deleted my save but it's doing it even on new game.
