Gportal Server help

since the support is slow on gportal ill turn here when i go to the site and go to my servers click on mine i get this error and my server will not load on the site so i cant make changes start stop it Path: /cfgContext

it does the same with my enshrouded server wanted to do a back up but nope cant load the server Path: /cfgContext
