the less you have the better .. keep the one only you want
people say its better to have 2 on dad and 2 on mom because it increases the chances from random results, i have the opposite experience
i always go for the same traits on both parents, i would say it kinda works because if i was lucky enough to have same traits on both parents, my breeding numbers are way smaller than where i dont have them .. and way more ..
like 300 with both same parents compare to 800 where parents dont share same traits
and its also rng .. sometimes rng is good, can get what you want on first try .. sometimes, even 1000 tries is not enough
I have bred alot in this game, and I found out a few things about it.
If you want a certain passive, it is best to breed it in.
But this requires randomness, the best way is to breed 2 parents with the least passives to force a random passive to appear.
Meaning, a Male with Musclehead only, and a female with say swift only, will force random attributes to appear.
Breed one set of parents to force a random passive to appear, then breed that pal with another, when a new passive shows up, change parents to force even more random passives to show.
