Overfull
Which medicine cures the Overfull condition?
Low Grade Medical Supplies: Colds, Sprains
Medical Supplies: Ulcer, Fracture
High Grade Medical Supplies: Weakened, Depressed
These are the ones I know of.

I think just not eating? Getting rid of their stress to stop them from stress eating, and then their hunger meter will lower and they won't be overfull anymore, should do it. Pick em up and throw em in a hot spring. Give them cotton candy. Basically anything you can do to raise their sanity.
