Crossbow should fire all types of arrows.

Even though a crossbow fires bolts, which do not yet exist in the game, it would stand to reason that a crossbow could fire whatever ammo you could feed into it. So why are there three different regular bows, and three different crossbows?
Why can't a Fire Crossbow use regular arrows?
I think the devs should remove the other two weapons, making the base crossbow capable of using any ammunition, or give the special crossbows the ability to use standard arrows in addition to their special type. What do you think? Carrying around multiple crossbows seems silly.

This is a cool idea. It would give the rarity a new meaning if there was a massive amount of elemental damage types to pick from. Ice arrows? Sign me up.

The single shot rifle was kind of a let down for this reason, haha.

I actually really like the single shot rifle. I think the icon should be changed so people don't think its a semi auto rifle. But its actually one of the better made weapons.

Lately I been only using normal cross bow. Since other cross bow. Kind a annoying to make and fix every times.

The way I see it is kinda like in monster hunter where you need to farm different monsters to make different specialized weapons. Except its only with bows/crossbows so if they are going that route I hope to see an explosion of different variations of weapons using different elemental resources. With the current tech tree, I'm not really sure how they will implement stuff across all levels.

Yes, I would be WAY more likely to use the special arrows if I didn't need a different bow to fire them.

Hopefully they'll give us dedicated ammo slots in the inventory while they're at it.
