Feed bag never feeds my pals

I have 3 feed bags now but my pals and myself NEVER eat from the feed bags. I always have to manually do it, I've tried every food available to me and not a single pal eats from them. I can be mounted, walking, fighting, and even chilling at the base, never happens. I can't tell you how many times I have starved down to 1 HP and my pals starving assuming the auto feeding should work. I've basically decided it'll never auto feed and just do it myself cause I know if they need fed.

Is there a hidden setting that disables this or is it just always gonna be bugged?

you did put the food in the NEW slot that opens up on your char (not your normal inventory)
The slots under your char equipment panel
Mounted will never eat, tho, you have to unmount first

Have you put actual food into the feed bag? Also when you are riding a pal they can't use it so keep that in mind.

get the bag, put food in the new inventory slot on the bottom, and make sure to dismount regularly as pals being ridden will not eat.

I've not had any trouble with the feed bag, my character and Pals eat from the feed bag slot the moment they would become hungry.

There is a bug with it - It does not feed your mount.

The only pal that does not eat is if you are riding one.. a flyer or a land mount.. if they are hungry they will not eat till you get off..

It's any pal that is currently out of It's ball with you they just won't eat till you unsummon them

The bag does work, for me at least, which is a good thing because manually feeding myself or my Pal Team crashes the game for me. Without the feediing bag I'd be unable to play at all.

It does work, ridden pals do not eat though.

The prompt will appear in the bottom left, and will be like it ate (blah blah)

They probably don't eat constantly, just when they actually get low.

nope, just riding. if you get off the mount they immediately start eating.

Well not in the gamepass version so that must have been fixed in a later version.

ahh fair, gamepass apparently has problems updating so theyve been outdated since day one. i just assume everyone has the steam version since its steam forums.

I come here because it's the only real place to talk about the game plus it's the same game with almost all the same bug's & problems just a older version.

There is the Discord but Steam forum has it's own set of benefits.
