building outside of the base
Just wondering how many people figured out they can do this to funnel invasions into a killbox set up on their base?

The problem is that structures outside of the Palbox radius degrade over time.

You can set the decay to zero from the world settings to prevent this, or if one prefers not to, then use higher quality materials, as they take longer to decay.

Should be off for single player. then again even before i turned it off. not everything outside of the build ring decayed. only things that were damaged by those mammoths dueling or pals hunting other pals.

defensive structures are not supposed to degrade outside of the structure. Defensive walls and Gates are supposed to be built a few meters outside of the circle to help with defenses. However stone defensive walls do degrade for whatever reason, unsure if it's a bug or intended. Or maybe the fact that wood and iron don't degrade is the bug.
