Can't ride Nitewing HELP

So i caught Nitewing and i unlocked the Nitewing Saddle but in the keys tab its empty and i cant ride it. Says it is locked although i have the pal and the saddle. Has anyone encountered this and how do i solve this issue ?

You say you unlocked it, but did you craft it too?
Do you have it in your key items inventory?

i crafted the saddle for it but i have nothing in my key items inventory

Maybe you forgot to take it from the crafting table? (it happened to me before)

pretty sure you just craft it at the pal accs bench.

Oh yeah there is a whole bench for making saddles and such like pal weapons.

Its another placeable object you can research. It stands out because it has a purple cloth on the table.

Pal gear workbench is lvl 6, right next to the statue of power

you get the first saddle at like level 6 so it should be that I would think
btw they take forever to craft so assign a pal to it immediately
