looking for base spot
Is there a way to prevent trees etc. from respawning or do they always respawn even if you build foundations over them?

I'm looking for a place where there are as few ores, stones and trees as possible but where there is plenty of space to build

I been using the high ground right on the other side of the river next to the first tower.

Easy to access early on in a new game.
You have access to nearby Paldium and Ore.
Flat land with only 1 entrance(ramp) where raid come in.

Sincerly my favorite spot in any new game.

Just North of Penking at the beach entrance.
Flat and only one Ore node that you can choose to include in your base or not.
There's some wood and mushroom just outside the perimeter, rock and paldium on the beach.
I removed the raids before building a base there but i think they should only come from the side opposed to the beach as the beach is a dead end.

I've got my main base at 88, -433 which has space and a lot of handy resources close. There are dungeons for tons of easy paldium, town is close, there are mobs around that drop bones and pal fluid. half the base is also guarded by a high rock wall.

if you need an ore mining base I use -250 -460 for that

thx but ressources are not the problem

i need pals there only work on fields

I have set it up so that 20 animals can work per box

The question now is how many fields of lettuce, tomatoes, wheat and berries I should plant and how many pals I should use for watering, planting and harvesting

Does anyone have any idea how many Pals I will need for each task, will I need more Pals to water or more to collect and plant?

I have access to all Pals

A large, easy starting spot for a base is, when you first spawn into a world, turn 180° and walk south down all the stairs until you reach a sandy cove. It's flat, nothing to distract your Pals and I've never seen anyone else build there. Players generally just head straight forward when they first spawn in, open up the fast travel point and keep heading north. Just what the OP wants.
