what does boss pals do?

are there any benefit for captured boss pals? other than being big, do they have any boost or something? and for how much? also I feel like their weird size affect mounting a lot.

Alpha pals seem to have a much higher HP pool than regular pals.

They're great at getting stuck while walking around and pushing you outside of the world geometry so you fall through the floor or get trapped inside a rock.

The only benefit is that they have slightly more HP , this is especially true for wild legendaries as the gap is much wider .

But bred pals will do more damage and may be faster / more defense through selective breeding.

several of the boss pals have higher stats in things like watering kindling etc so like a 2 or a 3 while also having beefy stats/being using against other boss fights many of them are also some of the coolest mounts in the game in my opinion that you can craft
